Rosie’s love for cooking started out on the family farm in Leoville, Saskatchewan. Her mom taught her how to cook at a very young age, which she learned to love as she grew older. When she was 22 years old she moved to Edmonton, Alberta where she quickly found a job, met her husband, got married and started a family.

Cooking for her family and friends had always brought her joy, and when the opportunity came to cook for a group at her church, she took the challenge not knowing that this decision would later lead to a career in catering. Happyness Catering is a culmination of Rosie’s love for home cooked food and her desire to make people happy. Cooking continues to be her passion rather than a job, rest assured that if you meet her in the grocery store, you’ll be sure to get a recipe!
